I’ve attempted the “hose-clamp-and-hammer-strike” technique with crumpling effect(!).
I’ve attempting various opposing strap wrenches and vise grip chain strap techniques to no effect; zero budging...
Any other ideas?

Would very much appreciate any possible solutions...

*SUCCESS*!!!
Obviously, all results will vary...
The secret to my success; heat, vibration, grunt.

Step 1) heat. High-setting on heat gun carefully applied around threaded interface area.
Step 2) tap, tap, tap around threaded interface area of tube nut with hard plastic hammer.
Step 3) apply Klein ‘Grip-It’ strap wrench around threaded area of tube nut and set big smooth-jawed wrench to lower fork tube axle pass through boss.
Step 4) put on grippy, rubberized Atlas gloves and apply judicious opposing-force grunt twixt Upper placed strap wrench and Lower placed big wrench. Bobs yer uncle!

There’s one fork. Now to the other. Fingers crossed...

    Where there's a will..................................... well done (or undone!) I retain the bottom end by sliding the axle through and putting it in the vice with rubber faced protectors.
 
Unspoiled by progress.
I'm so glad I grew up in the 60s & 70s. I did so much stupid stuff and there's no record of it.............Anywhere !!

 Thanks gents!
I used a couple pieces of dense 3/8 plywood in the vise jaws; soft enough to not mar the paint and firm enough to not give under ‘grunt’.
Ended up doing a thorough strip-clean-re-grease-reset the headstock bearings since I was in the neighborhood.
Forks all reset and refilled with fork oil. Tonight will be the reassembly. Hopefully...

So, I cleaned everything up and ordered replacement seals etc. But I got the replacement seals back, there were two O-Rings included… For the life of me I don’t see where these are supposed to go. Any ideas? I have a ‘64 first year 90 Standard if that significant.

I hopefully have attached a copy of page 48 of the BS 90 Technical Handbook
that shows the parts in the front fork assembly.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for that rwgibbon.
I actually have that technical handbook. I even have an early first year parts book and neither shows where these to O-Rings could possibly go. Unless I am missing something?
Update:
it looks like I’ll have to disassemble the front forks again due to them exhibiting progressive and worsening  locking up in the fully extended position. Currently hard locked up.
Time to drain, disassemble, inspect, scratch head, wring hands, ...
