mill heads down

I have read the "Tuning up for Competition Manual" for the 100 Sport and it says to mill the head down. But the copy of the page is so poor that i cannot read how much to lathe it down. does anyone know how much to mill it down to increase compression? Thanks guys!!

Not certain what happened to that page, my original scan is readable, but the conversion to PDF must have lost some resolution.
