The insulation will depend on how cold it will be this winter. So far bein in a shady spot, only about 15 feet of the east wall gets a little warm between 10 and 12 noon. Where do you think the neon sign should go? ;D  Gotta finish the front first.

Worked on it late today. It's tough doin this by yourself, especially off a six foot ladder. I have scaffolding but didn't think it would be worth the time putting it up. I was wrong. All I need to do now is some trim on the outside.

So, it ain't that great, but it looks better than William Harley and Arthur Davidson's first Shop and bigger,too. ;D
