Trying to locate a rear tire for the GTR: 110X90X19 in the classic K70-style block pattern.Nobody seems to make it anymore, whatvever manufacturer one looks up (I'v tried at least 10 OEM's). Even in a "modern" street thread it's NLA. Going to a 120 X90X19 also is NLA, far as I can tell. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance!

Try searching for 3.25X19 or 90x90x19 tyres, Dunlop K70s still available here in UK from Vintagetyres but that may not help.

Avon SM Mark II Tires are available in 3.50-19 and 4.00-19 sizes that aren't quite the pattern you're looking for, but a close block pattern. Avon AM6 Speedmaster MKII Tires have the classic ribbed tread for the front. Since they are Avons, they are available from sources in the U.S, and surely available in Europe. My 350 needs new tires, I think I'm going to use these. I'm a little concerned about the ribbed front as I remember how they liked to wander on grooved highways. BTW, the SM model designation stands for Safety Mileage.

I have Avon AM26 Roadriders, 3.25x19 on the GTO. As a rider, just wanted some modern rubber between me and the road. They grip well but are heavier and wider than the original tyres, much tougher and take some wrestling on to the rims.
Had to take the front guard off to get the wheel in. When riding two up, we hit a dip in the road and I thought the rear wheel had bottomed the suspension but on inspection the tyre had hit the guard indent at front by the chain run. Small groove in the tyre, so eased the indent out slightly.
Nysz1b, don't go too big with the tyres or you may find similar issues. Brian.
