BS 90 Chrome fork nuts oil seal removal

Does anyone have any techniques/tricks for easy removal of the oil seals from the fork nuts?

Have a look at the seal puller adjustable great for getting fork seals out on any motorcycle!
One thing i do to remove a seal put a little heat on the seal before you remove it etc.
You can get the seal puller from z1 enterprises the cost is about 21.73.
