Swingarm bushings

How do I get the old bushings out of the swingarm so I can send it out for powdercoating?
Do I have to find a shop that can press them out or does anyone know a trick to accomplish this?

I'd you want it in one price I would say use a press. Check with a local school that has a shop they might do it for free or very cheep.

You could always use a large C-clamp and sockets to push them out.  That's how I did mine.

Steve what style bearings did you do it on? The style where it's metal-rubber-metal? Do you have any pictures of the process? Sorry for so many questions, I just can't seem to get some of mine out.
