SUZUKI TS 250 M 1975

Suzuki TS 250 M.
Well i have been after a ts 250 Suzuki m for a long time and i got one last week!
Its  the silver and blue tank they were sold in the USA in 1975 and a surplus lot
From the States came back to the UK in 1977  and i think sold for about five hundred
Pounds and i never got one till now i get the motorcycle at the end of the week.
And i will try and get pictures.

Wow Steve, this is truly a great start to the month of November, we both get the bikes we've been searching for. I feel like it's Christmas already!  :D

No the Bridgestones will always be part of my collection i have four of them.
I like all  motorcycles, but like the GTR and the TS i never got when i was
Younger.

The Suzuki arrived today i am in shock i been buying parts for this for years waiting to get the right motorcycle!!

Thanks for that, i have just got the sales brochure and the hand book for the TS 250.
We need a belt buckle with a  Bridgestone logo on etc.

On my TS250 Suzuki the tank and front mudguard side covers chain guard removed for painting.
The rear mudguard the seam was damage and i did not want to cut it out so i re worked it.
And applied some lead then i will rub it down ready to be primed etc.

The tank and mud guards, head light, and the brackets chain guard have gone for painting.
Cleaned the carb new plug new fuel and it started work shop full of smoke a very happy
Welshman the Suzuki as not run for 12 years!!

I am having the fuel tank painted and the mud guards headlamp shell and the headlamp brackets.
My Friend Jeff came to the workshop with the headlamp shell and brackets and chain guard he has
Just painted,i get the tank back next week he has done a nice job etc.

You're the only person I know of that can work with lead to fill in damaged metal.  I've read about it, but never seen it done.  Your painter does good work too.  Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

I have put all the parts i got back on,from the painter i just need the tank and the rear mudguard.
