Tank lining POR15
« on: April 15, 2013, 01:11:40 PM »
Well this weekend I cleaned and lined the inside of the tank on my BS-7. It was prety rusty so I thought I better not take any chances. I got a POR 15 3 part kit for about 40 bucks and the inside of my tank looks great. I thought I would share that it works.  I also put on a little inline filter (inside looks like a stone cylinder) when I hooked the lines back up and I was wondering if there is a specifice type I should use with a 2 stroke. I didn't know if the oil made a difference with the filters or not. Just a passing though. Thanks!

MTN, I've used POR 15 in all my restorations with great success.
