I have downloaded pictures of the "Witch" emblem and a BS 180 emblem I recently received from Kataro.

The following is my understanding regarding the emblems.

The "Witch" emblem was only used in Japan and only on an exhibit when the model first was introduced to the public.
The 180 emblem must have been a model of Bridgestone only sold in Japan.
