Put the axle through the fork leg and clamp in vice. Then use rubber strap wrench to undo nut. Usually not that tight unless corrosion has got in, in which case use penetrating oil and maybe apply some heat. Some have used jubilee clamps with protection under to grip nut and tap undone. Degrease nut before gripping.
