Sad News.

 For any Bridgestone Fan, I have to inform you that 22/02/2016.
 That Mr Steve Murray, has past away. He died in his sleep, from natural causes.
 At 83, I last call to see him at his home six months ago for a chat, he was in good
 health but looking a little fraile for his years.
 Rest in peace, my friend. It was a pleasure to have known you.

Sorry to read of  Steve Murray,s death. His account of riding Bridgestone's most advanced  racer, the water cooled  50 cc, is one of  the few  accounts I've read of riding a 1960's Grand Prix bike. Hopefully any notes or photos from his career will be preserved. Was he employed by  Bill Smith Motors for all of his career? Thanks for posting this sad news.
