Title: Is site "members only"?
Post by: mqtsteve on September 13, 2018, 08:58:31 AM
Has the site gone members only?  When I open the page @ www.bridgestonemotorcycleparts.com it goes directly to a prompt to sign in.  Says "members only can view this section".  If I sign in on that screen it says it "doesn't recognize the URL".  I have to use the login button on the menu line at the top to get access.  Just wondering?  Thanks, Steve

It's working now!  Not sure what was happening?  I hadn't been able to use the site without signing in for a couple weeks.  I do use an iPhone only.  Thanks, Steve

It's a good source of information for just reading and searching.  For instance, right now there are 6 registered users logged in and 132 not logged in people browsing. Some may be registered users just not bothering to log in, but I suspect most are just interested people. A few may be spambots trying to get enough info to register.

You do have to be registered to download the manuals, etc.

I often use other forum sites to investigate issues on the GTR. If I had to register as a member to gain access to their info, I probably wouldn't bother. Keep our site open to guests, helps to spread the BS message and raise interest / prices ?
