Nice bike.  If possible, can you let us know what you paid for it in British pounds?  I would like to gain an idea of the current market prices.
Welcome to the BS owners group.

       Hi,
Welcome to the UK BS community, there's not many of us, about a dozen active on the site. You'll soon get to know us.
A lot of information, help, manuals, parts list etc available on this site. Any questions about the bike, just ask, someone will have the answer.

Not many 90 trails in the UK, look after her and good luck. Be careful, Bridgestones can be highly addictive  :D ;D :D      Brian.

Brian,

I love the look of the bike, but I would rather have handlebars that are a bit lower and not so "sit up and beg", any ideas ?

Bob, Welcome to the group!  Nice looking bike.  I have a few 90s too.  There are lower handlebars for them.  Richard the site owner may have them?  Two types in the optional parts manual.  Part numbers 4511-5010 flat and 4511-3020 down bars.  Here's a link to the manual: http://bridgestonemotorcycleparts.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile&id=44 (http://bridgestonemotorcycleparts.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile&id=44)

Hi, Bob,

A nice machine, and it's good to see more Bridgestone tiddlers coming  to the UK. Your bike doesn't look like it needs anything doing tom it, just top up the oil and petrol and start laying down some 2-stroke smoke! The 90 is a sweet little bike to ride - you'll enjoy it.

Update on 90 Trail.

guy delivering had trouble with his van, so it now it won`t be here until Sunday !

On another note, I have seen that some of the Bridgestones had a decal on the side panel that consisted of a black dragon type of animal with the words "Bridgestone" above, and "Motorcycles" below it in red typeface, all on what seemed to be a gold background.
can anyone tell me where I might be able to buy one of these please ?

Bob

That`s the one.

20 dollars for the decal is okay, but 27 dollars to send it a bit steep, so I will have to wait until there is one available closer to home.

Thanks anyway.

Yikes, I didn't pay attention to the seller when I posted the link. His shipping charges are usually way too high.

On the other hand, he does have a "Make Offer" option in the listing, so you could always try throwing out a number you're comfortable with and seeing if it sticks.

I found another on a Japanese auction site for $14, but with the fees & "double" shipping, the total would probably exceed $40 total.

I don't think ( I may be wrong) that the decal was anything originally on the bikes when new from the dealer, but rather something previous owners stuck there because they liked them.....

Oh well, maybe I will have to go without, it`s just that i saw them on other bikes and thought that they looked good.

Looking "pretty good" is what this is all about. If you like the look, go for it. Its only money, as they say. You may be able to find one cheaper, but once you set your minds eye to how you what your baby to look, if you forgo, you'll always look at that spot and say, "it woulda looked great with that decal." This is not advertising for the seller, just my personal experience coming out. This time, I'm making mine awesome, so I'm a little over the edge.;D

Just heard from the seller, and it`s all on for tomorrow morning at 0800hrs, which is when I will get my introduction to Bridgestone bikes.

I have been out on my Harley Davidson and Yamaha FS1E today, so am ready to try the 90 Trail tomorrow.
