Restoring plastic side covers?
« on: March 22, 2014, 07:24:04 AM »
My '65 BS90 Trail pre mix came with two plastic side covers.  They are sun faded and brittle, right side worst than the other.  It has a crack in it near/ through the screw hole.  Is there a way to stabilize the brittle, cracked plastic?  I would like to replace them with metal ones eventually (if available).  Any suggestions would be appreciated!  mqtsteve
