Does anyone know how to decode Tora serial numbers or is there a guide to Tora VINs???
Mine says: Tora C430

It is very faded and hard to read the stamped VIN so this may be off. I have no idea what year Tora it is, but I think it is a deluxe because it has reflectors and used to have lights.
