I don't know the answer to your question, but my 200 that is on a 175 frame was blue from the factory.

Yes, they were also available in blue. Here's a pic of a blue 175 HS. The parts manual also shows the painted parts such as headlight fork ears, rear shocks, etc. available in blue for the DT & HS 175's.
