I believe the late, great Graham Weeks (the original member username "disc_valve") recommended 7 foot-pounds of torque. Rockford Service Letter BSG-0066 (within the downloadable service letters on this site), regarding "REPAIR STUDS," says to torque the regular cylinder head nuts to 125 INCH-pounds (approx. 10.4 foot-pounds) for the 100 Sport, 100GP and 100 TMX.
Bottom line, you'll be safe to use 7-10 foot-pounds.
