head bolt tightening torque

It's probably in here somewhere, but I can't find it.  I need a list of torque/tension settings for my 200, mainly head tension, but if there is a full list, great.
My tech handbook keeps referring to a Service Standards Manual, which I don't have.

Cylinder head stud nuts - 140 inch pounds
Crankshaft nut (left hand thread) - 250 inch pounds
Clutch screws - 40 inch pounds
Clutch retaining nut - 130 inch pounds
Crankcase 8mm bolts - 120 inch pounds
Crankcase 6mm bolts - 60 inch pounds

Note... the above numbers are all done in INCH pounds, not foot pounds. I'll edit this post as I find more settings.
