If you are doing any work on the left side rotary valve guide.
I have had some 4 X 18 Spring pins 09059-101 made up.
So if you need one let me know.

I had a look at mine last week Steve, it's a solid pin 4 X 18 mm and could be removed easily.

Once fitted I can't see a problem as when the disc valve goes on it can't come out and it only goes in one way to a combined depth of 18 mm.

If you should ever need to remove youre spring pin can you easily gain accsess from the other side to tap it out?

The problem i had, on some of the crankshafts the solid pin 4X18mm goes right through easy!!
So i had 50 pins made a little bit bigger and it worked out, you where lucky with your crankshaft.
