Description: MCFAJ classic road race at Fuji Speedway on 28 August 2011.
My BS50 road racer #3 with factory 5 speed gear and #51 Mr. Uemura's EJ-R3 GP racer with 14 sped gear 1966 model at starting grid.

Guest	October 01, 2011, 09:05:15 PM Hello Paul, Yes, 5 speed transmission was available in 1966 for the factory racing team " Yellow Helmet ". There were two different version of the gear ratio for motocross and road race. few sets were made for BS90 and BS50. My 50cc racer is based on GB1(BS50) and carburetor mounted on right hand side. Only EJ-R1 (single cylinder) has left handed side carburetor because of its dry clutch. Thank you, Kotaro
