How to get more mpg any idea!

I run a Subaru for work etc and the tire pressures i add 2 more pounds per tire.
Put a K N airfilter that works well on my car, and i put seafoam in the tank
Every six month's etc and that helps to get more MPG on my Subaru outback.

PS i change the plugs every year.
