Volume of Fork Oil in 100 TMX Forks ?

The manual suggests 5-6 oz.

A bit too much, especially if you want to keep your shop floor clean.

Please advise as to the correct amount.

Josh:  I did not know the manual was wrong, are you sure you did not have some oil left in the forks, should not leak unless fork seals are bad.

Hello Jeff,

Thanks for the reply.

Pulled the forks apart and rinsed with solvent.

Then reassembled.

We put in 10 wt fork oil so that the level is 6 " measured from the top of the fork leg.

The forks are fine now.
