Happy Christmas to all Members especially those in the Northern Hemisphere. We are having slow cooked Lamb shoulder preceded by South Coast mussels and oysters for Christmas eve. 22 deg C at present on Christmas eve @ 5.30pm. 26 C tomorrow.
For Christmas lunch South coast oysters and North coast prawns followed by smoked Snowy Mountains trout and ham with salads etc. All washed down with Aussie beers and red and white wine (not too much). It will be a struggle. We have the family home from overseas and here. Looking forward to it.
I hope I will still be able to ride my bikes afterwards.
Cheers and best wishes to all.

Merry xmas to all.
I'm camping out at my gdads place so my kids can wake them up early (as I did!)
We are going one different this year with a turducken...never heard of it but apparently it's a turkey with s duck shoved inside a chicken??
I had the bs350 out yesterday, but with the 39 degree temp and the crazy holiday traffic I was only out for 20 mins! (I'm in south Western Australia)
Have a good one and watch out for the man with the full sack!
