You can use modern tubeless 100/90-19's on both ends, just put a tube in them.  I have a Dunlop GT501 on the front and an Avon 57V Roadrider on the rear, both with a modern tread pattern. Works well for a rider, not good for a show bike.

I think someone had found a ribbed front that would go well with a K70 rear for a near original look, but I can't find the reference. Maybe someone else remembers.

These are the tires we talked about the other night Front 3.25-19 Avon Speedmaster (AM6) for the ribbed tread pattern. For the rear 3.50-19 Avon Safety Mileage MK11.
Checked several places for pricing a couple months ago and Dennis Kirk had the best prices by far.
