Battery Box Rubber Thickness
« on: January 03, 2015, 11:33:12 AM »
I don't have any battery box protective rubber strips. I know that I need three of them, one under the battery, one on the oil tank mount and another on the cover?

Does anyone know or could measure the approximate thickness of the rubber please so that I can buy the rubber sheet and cut them out?

I can get butyl or nitrile rubber sheet very reasonably and it should'nt be too hard to cut them out.

Thanks in advance.
Be nice - feel good

Hi,
I have all the battery rubbers, with the correct locators on them.
If you email me on paulmainey54@gmail.com with your address etc, I will send you a set FOC.
I am in Ireland, so not too far from you in UK.
