Holes in fuel tap '69TMX 100

Hey guys,
Found two holes in back of fuel tap. Has anyone seen this before? Not going to fix obviously. Looking for correct mm size for replacement. Thanks for your help.

I don't know if that's a problem or not... was it leaking? Does it look like it has corroded to that condition? The fuel valve looks in OK condition otherwise.

Yes it was leaking, area was paper thin. Thanks for the replacement info but to confirm the thread size is 16mm?
