I plan on going for a ride on my 175 HS.

Well today, I'm sanding down a right side carb cover and if I get it done, I guess I'll be doing some polishing on the 4th.  If not..... more sanding.

It it when they just drop in with one light tap.  Really, I was just installing bearings.

Just joshing! I always put bearings and seals in the fridge before installing them. Makes for a lighter "press". And out here, just set the case in the sun for a few minutes and it definitely loosens the fit.

I spent several hours this past weekend working on my 175DT and 350 GTR. Both are running but have a few demons that need exorcised. The 350 will only start with a batter jumper hooked up. I have a brand new battery but it only lasts a minute or two before it dies. I checked this site and found a number of things to check out. The battery is new but that means very little after reading the old posts.

My 175 starts and runs (using the same battery as mentioned above since I only have 1 at this time) but for whatever reason, I cant get the clutch to engage. Nothing comes to mind immediately, other than pulling the side cover off and doing an internal investigation.
