Hey Reed,
Do you have any tips/photos etc on how to adjust the rotary valves in a 200cc engine?

Reed, do you know what the deal is on the "forever" seals? A friend mentioned using them in his Kawasaki triples?  Mark.

Orion,
The pin was missing that lines up the middle bearing oil way, the bearing did not have sufficient oil running through the bearing.
Plus the rubber on the seal was hard and brittle and the pistons had picked on the cylinder's we will breathe new life into the
Engine.
Thanks.
Steve.

Mark,
I have seen the fork seals kits but not the crankshaft seals.
Thanks.

John,
This is a picture of the rotary valve timed for the left side you can see in the picture the L is stamped on the rotary valve.
And it lines up with the pin, hope this helps.
Thanks.
Steve.

John,
Now you do the same on the right side and line up the rotary valve with the R and then line it up with the pin.
Thanks.
Steve.

Gear alignment.
If the gears are not properly aligned and the pinion gear is not properly positioned on the marked spline.
Of the crankshaft, ignition timing will be impossible the picture i hope will help.
Thanks.
Steve.
