 I would like to see a retro 60's-70's design. The Bridgestone logo at the right top of the page is colorful and would look good on the left breast or larger on the back of the shirt. Illustrations of a popular model like the racers or the GTR/GTO would be a nice fit. As far as slogans,keep it simple, something along the lines of,"Ride the best,ride Bridgestone",or"Give the rest the test,ride a Bridgestone".  Mark.

i have two bridgestone t shirts,one was made from iron on from the seventies by hap jones whitch has the lion with bridgestone underneath.the other one i printed off the net and is the bridgestone motorcycles sheild.i would like a proper made shirt if you can post to the uk cheers.

I'm in for at least two.  I'll get more if I like the design.

For what it is worth I think the logo should be large rather than small.  It is a handsome image and I think we should show it off. 

If we were going for a collared shirt which is a little more classy then I would agree with a small breast logo.

Why not sell them on a site like cafe press (www.cafepress.com (http://www.cafepress.com))? There you don't have a minimum order and more options on what the art goes on.

 Reed and I are working out the details and the design(s). Process will be step by step. We're trying hard to keep the costs to an absolute minimum. I have one T-Shirt with Bridgestone on in black and one with Bridgestone 350GTR.
The price of the T-Shirts start at 4.75 to 9.95 the ones i had done cost 4.75 plus
Shipping and then we can work out how to pay for them.

It should be "Bridgestone" or "Bridgestones" but not "Bridgestone's".

The apostrophe makes it possesive and doesn't make sense in the context we are using.

Use my favorite slogan, "Old is the new new"  haha.  I'll take a medium and a large if you guys are doing it.  I was thinking about making some shirts myself with the "shield" logo huge on the front.  I have a buddy who works in a screen printing shop, so I have the hookup.  If I get a couple done, I will let everyone know.

Yes i am using James Bridgestone logo for the t -shirts but i am trying to sort out the money they want me to pay for the shirts.
When i started this i did not want to make any money out of the shirts so i am working this so that you send the money into the
T-shirt company and they ship the t-shirt to you at the cost price only if you are a member or the site etc.
It wont be long and i will have this done.

Why do you not go with the " ICHI-BAN"  logo which is what Rockford's used in the 60's

AS it means number one, as we think that BS is #1

I wore one of my t shirts out shopping today and a guy stopped me and said his uncle has a Bridgestone. He didn't know for sure which one it was (he thought it was a twin cylinder street bike but had no idea what model). I gave him my number and told him to call me.... you never know.

The moral to this whole story is YOU SHOULD BUY A T SHIRT, maybe something good will happen!

Why should someone inquiring about T-shirts from Oz be required to call the seller to get clarification about shipping charges?????
That one is way beyond me.....
Seems to me the seller should be responsive and engaged in inquiries such as this.....if there is interest in selling shirts......
It's obvious to me this sales site isn't very engaged in communication.
The next question becomes: Why not?????
So what is the real problem here?

If ya wanna sell shirts and there are questions, somebody damn sure better be answering.

Yes, I received my t-shirts. Chuck made a small mistake with them and is sending me another set. He was very nice and just told me to keep the first set also. That seemed a little over the top but I guess he is just a nice guy.

I'm doing the orders as fast as I can, I have two other businesses and provide tech support for a third. The shirt thing is something I took on myself as a favor to Steve and Richard. I would just like to thank everyone who was involved in getting these shirts made up including the maker.  Where else are you going to get a Bridgestone shirt?

The shirts are priced right and it is obvious that no one is making money on this deal.  This was all about a few Bridgestone enthusiast's doing a good thing for everyone.  Thanks again!

I would like to second Sno-Jets comments. What Chuck and Steve plus all other's who helped have done should be greatly appreciated by all of us. It would have been quite difficult and expensive to have shirts made up on a one off basis, so hopefully everyone is happy.

Just wanted to add another comment regarding Chuck's great job of providing T-shirts to us enthusiast's. Today in the mail I received my second shipment of shirts that are exactly what I ordered. Chuck did not have to do what he did, could have requested the other shirts returned etc. but instead told me to keep them. Quite a class act and I hope that all of the other members will help support him and the site in their efforts to contribute to the Japanese community in their time of need. Also Chuck is giving us a needed item at a very reasonable cost. Yahoo Chuck!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also want to extend my gratitude to Chuck for his work.  I ordered 3 of the black shirts and was so pleased with them I ordered 3 more of the white.  Ordering was easy and they were shipped very promply and a fair deal.  Thanks again,  I enjoy when some one comes up to me and asks "A Bridgestone shirt?, where'd you get that?"

my other half says they look spot on,  but says they probabley are more likley to fit her than me.

My order arrived yesterday with both large white and black versions.
My white one has a pocket on the front. They both look nice!
