Title: Paint GTO 350

What is this special Black paint on the toolbox and the speedometer and rev counter holders called? Does anyone know if it is still avalible? Motip paint maybe?

    Hi Jens,
                 As far as I can tell the GTO tool box finish is a wrinkle or crackle type paint. I have just bought some of this, here in the UK but haven't used it yet. I'm sure you will find it locally :-

       The instrument case paint seems to be an ordinary matt or satin black automotive paint.

            Just noticed you were asking about the paint finish for the instrument mounts, not the instruments but the answer is the same.          Brian.
