Gear shaft query
« on: January 27, 2021, 11:31:18 AM »
Hi everyone,  the splines on my HS 175 (67) gear selector shaft are worn and a previous owner has put a roll pin through the lever and shaft , how hard is it to change ? .Can I do it by just removing the right engine casings or is it a total gearbox strip ? I also need to buy the new gear shaft and shift lever ,anyone have good used ones for sale ,thanks ,Steve.

Steve, I have one. I sent a message through this Forum some time ago, but it is showing an AOL email address and you haven't responded. If you are interested, send a message to me through this forum.
