Title: N O S cylinders
Post by: coxy on January 14, 2017, 06:42:42 PM
g'day all
I have a set of nos cylinders (which are not for sale) though the right cylinder is pinned and the left is not.
I thought I would take a long shot and see if anyone has a mismatched pair and would be willing to trade a pinned left cylinder or a non pinned right  . cheers

I thought you'd like that!  ;)

You might try messaging Toystoretom to see if he can help you out. I helped him find 2 nos cylinders a while back, but they were a couple years apart and I can't remember if they matched or not. If they don't, you guys might be able to work something out.

The pins are just sprung roll pins designed to stop the tinning noise when they vibrate. An engineering shop can easilly drill the fins and insert roll pins to match the one you have. Not expensive and they will look the same.
