hi, just striped my bike (350), pistons stuck, have had the engine soaking for months now, still stuck fast, have tryed the waiting game as iam in fear of damaging the barrel, as they are in short supply, as any one tryed having a barrel cast, just reading a write up in the ( old bike mart) in the UK, i have had foot rests done and they have come out as good as the original, don't know if i was to cut a hole in the top of the piston and then cut through the gudgeon pin then i would be able to lift the barrel off ,without hitting it with a big hammer, as don't know why its stuck.
