Not yet - it is the middle of our Spring???  Bushfires usually only occur in Summer (Dec/Jan/Feb). Over 200 homes lost west of Sydney and more fires in other areas.

Good. We are used to the dry in Arizona, but do not have the vegetation to spark massive fires where I am. Farther north, in the pines, there have been huge fires in the past decade. Best wishes for the rain god to smile...

last Sunday I went to pick up a gtr at Lawson which is right next door to springwood where a mate of mine lost his house .I had to drive through bargo where the fires also burn the smoke was very thick but all the fires were away from the road .there were signs up saying prepare to stop as there is a bushfire and believe it or not the cops had speed camera's in the area busting speeding drivers you would think they would have something more important to do
