I have a 175SR that I'm interested in paying someone to restore....I'm not a mechanic and have owned this bike for close to fifty years. Back in the early 70's I was in school west of Chicago and took the bike to a dealer near Rockford who changed the forks and exhaust and installed compression releases to make it better for motocross use....I graduated from school and started my greenhouse business and the bike has just set all these years (inside not out in the weather). Would love to connect with someone who has the ability or knows a restoration shop that could help me out. I also had a SR100 that I raced and it ended up in California back in the early 70's also. Sorry that one got away from me had no idea then just how rare the SR models were....I have also joined the Bridgestone Motorcycle group on facebook.
