Mitch
These 2 are in great condition - are they original or restored?
Not many of these early 90 Deluxe models in Australia.
Most were imported from Japan in 1967-68. I love 90s (have 5 different models).

Hi Mitch,
Looks like a great find. I assume they run as good as they look.
There can't be too many BS bikes that have stayed together that long.

Wow... a week ago on Omaha's Craigslist these two bikes were up for sale for $1000:

Quote
2-Bridgestone 90 cc - $1000 (sw iowa)

2- 1966 Bridgestone 90 cc motorcycle.
Both run and drive
I have up to date titles
I am second owner
Both with about 2800 miles
$1000 for the pair
The price is firm

Now... one week later they are magically for sale for $2500 on Kansas City's Craigslist:

 --------1966 BRIDGESTONE MOTORCYCLE'S----- - $2500 (KS)

For sale is an identical pair of 1966 Bridgestone 90's. both run, drive, and title'd. great original documentation

here is a link to all 58 pics: http://s1086.photobucket.com/user/lowgrenave/slideshow/

They seem to be very original and complete. One is missing a fin on the rear fender, and one does not have the correct mirror. They both run and drive, and start on the 1st or 2nd kick. One runs very good, and the other could use a little tuning/work, but still rideable as it. These are NOT the oil injected model's, so you have to pre-mix. They are in very similar condition, except one has multiple tears in the seat, and the other has just a small hole. The gas tanks are not dented, but do have some pitting in the chrome. The reset of the chrome on both bikes is good, including the exhaust. No rust or holes on the bottom of exhaust either. Both have complete and original tool kits. The tires on both are in good condition, no dryrot or leaks, and might be the original tires or at least period correct. All the lights work front and back, including the indicator lights on the speedo.

Only selling these as a pair, I will not split them up. . . they were bought new together, and have stayed together for 47 years. It would be a shame to split them up, and the motorcycle god's would be angry. Both have a lot of original paperwork from the dealer and factory, and both have clean Iowa title's. Both still have the original key too. These 2 bikes have a great history, and I've been told they are rare, so here's your chance to own 2. There are used and NOS parts available for these.

Im not an expert on Bridgestone motorcycle's, so please forgive me if I have described them inaccurately. I did take a lot of pics, so hopefully you can see everything for yourself. Im more than happy to answer any questions you have, or if you would like to see a specific part of the bike, I will take more pics. So feel free to call or txt (972-415-6831). I will deliver if needed within a 200 mile radius of Topeka, KS. if your seriously interested, call me, I WANT THESE TO GO TO A GOOD HOME

I like the part about: "I want these to go to a good home"....

More like "I want to make a quick $1500"

So sincere....

Amazingly small world the Bridgestone world. Good to know this info via the BS grapevine. These bikes would probably attract BS enthusiasts (small in number) and armed with the history would be wary of purchasing the two 90s for the price wanted. The laws of supply and demand might come in and the price could drop.

Having said this, here in Australia they would be snapped up for $2500 if near a major city.

Thanks
