Bridgestones on the Internet
« on: July 18, 2012, 09:53:39 PM »
I'd like to know if anyone has benefited from the posts of bikes found on the internet. Some of these posts are put in as little as an hour from the original post. A lot are done within 2 to 8 hours so they are fresh and I've seen quite a few good deals recently. By the way, the link to the 71 GTO has been added. I hope someone has been able to make use of this section. Moonpup has done a lot of work there.

I think everyone on the site appreciates all the classified postings you guys put out. I myself an nowhere near tech savvy enough to find all these things. Good job.
Thanks for what you do.

Hi Mike,

Yes, just what I needed to give myself a kick in the ass to finish off mine !.. Or should I say one of many.

I have ended up with 5 more bikes. One GTR, one GTO, one DT 175 and 2 X 200 HS. A few boxes of NOS parts for all makes. Came from Denmark, but originally from the US. Found the ad for them in a German Classic bike mag. Chap had good intentions I am sure but finally moved on.

Hi,

Here is a pic of the latest find. The DT-175 is worth restoring as there is a set of NOS exhaust pipes in the parts. The GTR & GTO I will also have a go at as I have the parts to make them right. The 2 X 200 HS's I will see if anyone is interested in restoring as I can supply the parts needed to make them right. Can't do them all !!

Good looking package Ray, you will have a nice lot when finished. If we all had our stuff completed think of the display possibilities. Press on and have fun.
