Howdy, My name is Rick and I usually ride on 4 wheels but have had 2 wheels in the past. I stumbled across this '64 Bridgestone Surfrider7 barn find (actually, backyard storage find). It is in fair shape, some surface rust and pitting, but i love projects and especially this one being that I work for Bridgestone. I didn't even know that Bridgestone made these motorcycles in the day!! The motor is not stuck and has decent compression. The major part that is missing off of it is the carb and fuel management items. Not even sure what it had, i have purchased a manual off ebay (haven't got it yet) so that will give some heads up i hope on what to look for. I am excited to jump into the BS cycle culture and see where it takes me. I need many items for it: RF turn lens, L&R rear turn lenses, RS brake lever, carb, and the inside of the gas is very rusty, outside looks good, not sure what can be done about that. Anyway i look forward to gaining knowledge about the BS cycle as history at it. I am out in Arizona and ready to by some parts and even some more BS cycles if your in the area. Any help or direction will be appreciated. Rick aka 'DesertDoggy'
