There are a few sources for car flat rates like Mitchell's, All Data (Some Data) and Chilton's but I have never seen any for motorcycles. A Google search came up with a few like this:

But that is for modern bikes and ATVs, and you have to buy it.

Did Bridgestone have any kind of warranty program? Maybe Richard has some old warranty flat rate books, you could just about double those and be close to CP flat rate.
