Carborator problems

Does anyone sell a carburetor rebuilding kit for the 90cc engine? I believe it's a 15mm carburetor. Or does anyone have a carburetor for sale? I've taken it appart. soaked it in carburetor cleaner, set the float level and the idle mixture needle to the proper specs, and I still can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 Per your suggestion I checked the compression. I got a reading around 75 lbs./cu. in. This reading was taken by trying to hold the meter in the spark plug hole while turning the engine over with my other hand. How does this reading rate?
I also removed the flywheel and plate to determine if the seal behind it was leaking. It appears dry.

I would like the compression to be around 90 psi !
What is the mileage?
Don't worry it mite be your compression gauge mine is a screw in type.
To perform the compression test you would open the throttle fully to
Allow air to enter the combustion chamber.
But there is no carb on the bike at this moment.

And set it up for you.
