I just bought a 1965 90 Sport today that does not run but seems to be in very nice condition for the age. It only has 453 miles! The plastic is still on the speedometer for the break in period. The chrome is rather pitted and not really sure when it ran last. Tank looks like it is a little rusty as well. I am not a mechanic but am going to try and see if I can get this thing going. There is no battery so first question is where do the wires from the battery plug into? I plan to drain all fluids, get a new battery, spark plug, and hope for the best! The pet cock lever is broken and cannot turn but is pointing in a downward position so I believe it is on. The front brake lever is also broken. Other than that it seems to be all there and has good compression with the kick starter and the choke lever moves freely as well. Glad to have found this site!
