Do you like the chrome on the fuel tanks on the GTR AND GTO .
Or do you like the tanks one color like i do no chrome.
I would like to know your opinion!
Thanks.
Reed.

This one maybe should be called "SHOW OR GO ?", Reed. I like the chrome for show, and its kind of a Bridgestone trait. I also like the painted and/or graphic stripes and two tones of some of the factory designs like the 200. They have more of competition look. If you fish around the site, there's lots of cool paint schemes to be seen. Some of the members have been pretty inovative.  Thanks,Mark.

I like to have the appearance as it was intended from the factory.

So depending on the year it is either chrome or painted.

With that said I like them both.

Hi Steve,
I personally like the looks of the GTR with a painted tank with stripes. It works better long term because of the issues with paint against chrome and flaking. For a show bike you need the chrome tank probably to make the purist happy but I am not sure. My bike which had the tank painted Ferrari Red with the stripes actually took first place in a bike show in California. That being said I will do both for my bike and if I decide to show it ever I will put the chrome on. Just my two cents worth.

I am with Rwgibbon. I like the way they came from the factory as well. What ever that pattern or color is.
