I purchased this scooter at a yard sale about 20 years ago with no title. In order to title it in Hawaii, they require the specs (cc's and hp), and letter of compliance. Have called Bridgestone (have yet to hear anything back). Any help would be very much appreciated.

The ccs and hp can be found in the manuals links. But for the letter of compliance, what is needed to comply. Bridgestone might be a very long shot on getting something like that from them but you never know.

You might check with a local motorcycle shop, see if someone had a similar situation with an old bike they had.
