Not sure its available in the states from a quick google search, but it appears to be very low human exposure risk. Also says it will repair high pressure steam pipes, so an engine case should be a stroll in the park...

You can't catch a break when it comes to damaged cases/repairing them...sounds like you have a material of preference.
