Jetting problems

I restored a 50cc Bridgestone 7, it has the Mikuni carb.  I went from an 80 main jet to a 60, and the spark plug indicates it is running lean, but the engine still seems to indicate it is running rich (blubbers).  I am in Denver, CO.  Any suggestions?

Re jetting problems.
Check your carb settings float level needle clip groove and idle mixture setting and make shore that the carb is clean etc.
Check timing  clean out exhaust baffle.
