TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE 650 T120R 1965.
« on: November 30, 2013, 05:44:24 PM »
Triumph 650 Bonneville,
Picked up this Triumph 650 some months ago and i am going to rebuild it back to running etc.
It has a sad story the owner was at some time going to restore the motorcycle and sadly
He passed away and the motorcycle was left to his Sister and all she wanted was the motor
Cycle rebuilt and running and a picture, so now i am a owner of a Triumph to get running and
I will at time to time send picture of the rebuild, and then when finished she will be over to
See the motorcycle, so now i have started and striped down to the frame ready for power
Coating when done it will look nice with the Bridgestones.
Thanks.
Steve.

Bonnevilles are nice bikes, have always wanted one. Prices on those have gone way up over the years. As coxy said, lotta substandard, poor quality repop/aftermarket out there. I would imagine original parts are getting scarce these days. Good luck with the project.
