SOICHIRO HONDA
I was reading a article about Soichiro Honda about his life and work.
A very interesting man he enrolled on a metallurgical course at college
And soon his piston rings were the best and he was supplying the Japanese
Military with them. And at the end of WWII was at a loose end and
Dabbled in many things producing salt from seawater.
Until a small number of engines came is way then putting then into bicycles
This was the start of Honda motorcycles. In 1991 at the aged of 84 the man
Who changed the face of motorcycling died in a Tokyo hospital.
There are many article about Mr Honda if you get some time its well worth
Checking him out.
Thanks.
Steve.
