Here is a original bike, correct engine, wheels ect, as it is mine, should be pretty easy. but the best I could up with, so far. So what is it? Jeff Bar

It isn't a Mustang.
They were side valve engines with both the intake port/valve (with the carb attached), and the exhaust port/valve, facing the front of the bike.
Jeff's bike doesn't have a forward facing carb.
I originally thought it was some kind of Cushman, but quickly discarded that concept.
I'm a bit stumped at the moment.

the shape of the frame is different as well it looks like a really early style frame and motor .got me beat

Yep that's a whitewall, quite common in the 60's.

The B8 Kawasaki in the UK had a single seat only, and was a 125 1963-1966.
