Hi: glad to be a member of this forum! Looking forward to reading posts etc.
I'm a retired Pipefitter and have collected vintage mini bikes for many years. Now that I am retired, I am working on my projects.
2 of these are 1974 TAS Chibi's. Same as the Rockford ones except these are TAS ones, related to the Keystone mini bikes up here in Canada. I have the orange ones with the 60 cc Bridgestone 2 stroke. Both are original/unmolested and until I got them, never had a wrench on them. I did rebuild each engine and did a complete bearing and seal replacement last winter. Lots of shining etc., and the patina on these little guys is pretty good for bikes this old.
Survivor Restoration. Getting close to pre-start up. Just waiting for the POR 15 gas tank sealer to cure.
No pics yet, but will post.
