log in question
« on: October 14, 2009, 09:14:41 PM »
Am I the only one for the last week or so that on a first try of logging on to this site that all I get is a small image of mr potato head? A second attempt to log usually works.

I don't see the potato head image, but lately my first log-in never works. The message given is invalid password.  The second attempt always works.?

I am a member of auto site, it does the same thing, maybe it is a defense against automatic spam posting that seems to overwhelm many boards

Typing my user name and password twice every time I want to log into this site makes me think I need to come up with a shorter name and password...  ::)

You can also choose to stay logged in "forever".  Works great unless you are using a community or work computer. I hadn't noticed the problem as I hadn't had to log in for a long time.  I think it is just putting up a random photo from the gallery the first time you enter a login.
